Grillage en acier inoxydable

Treillis métallique en acier inoxydable est sélectionné pour sa résistance à l'usure, résistant à la chaleur, caractéristiques de résistance aux acides et à la corrosion. De nombreuses qualités d'acier inoxydable différentes sont utilisées dans la fabrication des toiles métalliques.. T304 est le plus courant, mais d'autres sont utilisés dans des applications spécifiques pour tirer parti des propriétés uniques de chaque qualité.. Le treillis métallique en acier inoxydable est largement utilisé dans l'exploitation minière, industrie chimique, industrie agroalimentaire et industrie pharmaceutique.

Matériaux de fil de grillage d'acier inoxydable: SUS302, 304, 316, 304L, 316L.

Caractéristiques du treillis métallique en acier inoxydable: Ouverture carrée, moins rigide que le tissage uni, particulièrement adapté à la déformation, toile métallique résistante en raison du rapport entre le diamètre du fil et l'ouverture, il est surtout utilisé pour la filtration de moins de 63 µm .

Modèles de tissage typiques de treillis métallique en acier inoxydable: Armure toile, armure sergée, tissage hollandais, tissage hollandais sergé.
